TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

• Internal nominal diameter (DN) – from 80 to 400.
• Flow – max 1,100 m3/h.
• Head – max 190 m.
• Pressure – max 25 bar.
• Temperature – max 140 °C.
• The density of mass - up to 16% to the weight of an absolutely dry substance.

Type: single-flow, single-stage pump suitable for medium-consistency masses, that is equipped with a liquefier.

Pumped medium: fibrous suspensions with the consistency of max 16% to the weight of an absolutely dry substance, as well as all the types of viscous-flow masses.

Peculiar features: thanks to recently-developed deaeration system SMARTSEP, there is no need for pressure control in the pipes of the deaeration line, thus, the loss of fibers is excluded.

Material: gray cast iron; high-grade stainless steel, upon necessity, certain components can be delivered in acid-resistant execution.

Shaft sealing: contact sealing ring.

The form of impeller: semi-open.
